We evaluate your existing setup, check the ductwork condition, measure square footage, review insulation, window size, and other home-specific conditions, and may perform a Manual J Load Calculation to size the system correctly. Our licensed HVAC technicians are trained to complete these calculations for proper performance and energy efficiency. This helps us understand exactly what your home requires.
STEP 02
System Recommendation
Based on our assessment, we provide honest recommendations tailored to your situation. We explain your options: central AC, mini split, or heat pump, along with a detailed written estimate that can break out equipment model numbers, labor, permits, and any necessary ductwork modifications or related materials, since ductwork is often a separate cost from the standard installation package, so you can make an informed decision.
STEP 03
Professional Installation
Our skilled technicians handle the complete installation, first confirming clear access to the work areas, then removing your old system, mounting the new outdoor unit on a concrete pad above ground level where appropriate for drainage and protection, connecting line sets and electrical wiring, installing the air handler or indoor units along with the evaporator coil, and configuring your thermostat. Some coil types have different installation requirements, and correct setup helps prevent improper installation issues. Electrical work may also include the disconnect box and connections back to the electrical panel when required. Every component is installed properly and to the manufacturer's specifications.
STEP 04
